• Name and email: collected when you send an enquiry by email.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To send the newsletter when you subscribe (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To let you know when breathwork sessions and group dates become available.

I do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes. Full stop.
